Cancellation & Amendment Policy:
At Hill Side Resort and Spa, we understand that plans can change. Therefore, any eligible cancellations will be processed within 7 working days. This ensures a smooth and hassle-free experience for our guests, providing peace of mind when booking your stay with us.
Reservation must be cancelled before 15 days from the date of arrival for free cancellation
Reservations cancelled between 12-14 days from the date of arrival will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the one night stay
Reservations cancelled within 12 days from the date of arrival will incur full retention
Check-In time is 14:00 Hours and Check-Out time is 12:00 Hours.
International Roaming and Prepaid Cellular Connections do not work in J&K
